My kid is 13 year-old male , weight is 59. I did require test like sugar, hemogram & thyroid , every thing is ok but still weight every month increasing.

If all tests are okay then you need to focus on diet with little exercises.
Take correct diet.
Eat food in every 2 to 3 hours..small meals in frequent intervals of time.
Take fibre rich foods such as salads, sprouts , oats , daliya , fruits etc.
Eat low carbohydrate, fat and sugar diet.
oils such as olive oil, mustard oil, cannola oil, rice bran oil can be considered. Also changing oil in every one month is a good habit.
Start eating in smaller plates.
Avoid creams, butter , fatty & fried foods.
Drink as much as water you can but avoid drinking water between & soon after meals
