My weight is 41 and height is 154 cm. For sure I am underweight.there is no serious health issue too and after all the eating and exercises my weight just remain the same. everyday I consume around 1500 calorie. But why I stay underweight constantly?? I want to understand the reason and want to know how a dietician cures it. I am done taking shatavri tablets and all...Please advise me what to do.

You are taking food but along with food there might be indigestion issue , high metabolic rate or low protein intake in diet which might be the cause of your not gaining weight.
