I have started gaining wait in my tummy area it looks very odd,can you please suggest. My weight is 64kgs at present and height is 5.4'. I started gaining this for past 3-4months earlier my weight was 56,it doesn't look nice

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and Walk early morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet ,add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet,add planty of water. Avoid oily and fried food. Follow the general guidelines likes Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30 % exercise help you in reducing weight .
