A healthy well balanced calculated diet plan can provide all these vitamins adequately to stay healthy and be fit. Becosules is a combination of vitamin Bcomplex, vitamin C and calcium. Evion consists of vitamin E and limcee consists of vitamin C. Without doctor's suggestions vitamin tablets better not to take. Good quality protein in good quantity will help you to build your body.
Next Steps
You can reach me through practo to get a customised diet plan as per your height, weight, BMI, physiological status and RDA.

Never go for such things that are not specifically required for you. There are so many things that are there but it is rightly said, “ half knowledge is always worst” so better to get your analysis done and consume things when they are needed

Try to hv more and more fruits and green veggies to balance your vitamin and mineral requirements. Proteins are body building food not vitamins. Vitamin and minerals gives you good immune system. Popping of pills without Dr suggestion is harmful .
