Can i take becosule performance tablet as a supplement in my workouts? I eat well though i heard it aids muscle fatigue recovery faster and have ginseng which is good for blood circulation, so can i take it?

You can take it as it’s not harmful but don’t continue for long. After sm time give a break and you can also start fish oil capsules and other options for better performance during exercises and Allen. Chat directly for detailed conversation about your meals and nutrition guidance

Take an omega 3 supplement post workout like cod liver oil or fish or capsule or flax seed capsule or Osmega or other omega 3 that you like. This would aid faster recovery of muscles. B-complex can however be taken depending on your symptoms like fatigue, aches and pains, lethargy etc which could be dealt with dietary sources as well. Ginseng is nothing but Ashwagandha that can be taken safely.
