To gain good immunity and to improve skin n hair health it is important to look into the intake of food that will help you heal. Heavy doses of vitamin and minerals can lead to hypervitaminosis which can have negative effects especially the ones which are not water soluble. Until you have vitamin deficiency it is not advisable to take vitamins. 600mg of vitamin e daily can cause liver damage. Along with zinc supplementation which can further effect liver n other organs. Also it is not advised to start with any Ayurvedic medicine as they have effects on various functions of the body. To improve immunity you can keep your routine intake of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds along with adequate hydration. To get detailed information pls share your concern in detail and contact me..

Hi! This cocktail of supplements may cause more harm than good. Please don’t resort to so many medications for issues like hair and immunity, which can be easily managed with natural foods and simple diet changes. Taking high doses of vitamin E can harm your liver, specially if you do not have a confirmed deficiency. Please avoid medication, fix your eating habits and lifestyle first. A detailed assessment of your current health status is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan that can help.
Next Steps
Eat healthy , consult on practo.com for further advice
Health Tips
