Mam weight loss process is little bit complex process, but 10 to 15kg weight loss possible with in 3 to 4 month in natural way, and cholesterol may be normal with in 5 to 6 month.so atleast 4 to 5 month u should focus on healthy lifestyle,  proper balance weight loss diet required along 5% medicine for ur cholesterol issues. So try to avoid sweat, oily, salty, eat more fruits and vegetables and start any activity or walk.

Hello! Avoid too much sweet ,and deep fried foods. In fruits ,avoid watermelon,pineapple,mangoes. Do exercises like squats,cycling,cardio etc. Have salad before lunch. And eat your dinner at 7pm,and in less quantity. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Hi I know how it feels to be so heavy and bloated. I can help to answer a bit of your prob but to help you fully I need more details like your age, height, weight, activity levels, food preferences etc. In general start off walking if you are not doing any exercise, or hobby involving sports or doing yoga or gym etc. start off by doing a brisk walk for twenty mins a day and slowly within a span of 15 days increase it to 40 mins a day. Exercise is the best way to reduce your cholesterol and include veg and fruit intake to two to three servings a day. Include 1 to 2 tsp of chia seeds during ur breakfast or on any empty stomach m. Include pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds as a snack. If you are non veg include sea water fish in your diet two times a week. Drink plenty of water 2 to 2.5 l per day.
