I am 25 years old having spaces between the teeth. What is the best treatment that I can go for? If I opt putting braces for how many days I should wearing braces? And also how many months it will take to go's the teeth issue?

Look braces is the best option. If you want permanent cure then give time ,atleast 15 to 18 months.
