Diastasis Recti
I have severe mommy pooch even after 3 months of delivery. I suspect Diastasis recti. I am based jn Lucknow . Can anyone suggest if good doctors available here to help me recover this condition.

Think you should consult women's health Physiotherapist first , after doing your examination and taking history she/he would suggest if it's actually DR. If yes, you don't need to hustle here & there they will plan a perfect treatment plan for you

You might have googled your problem. that's why you are jumping to conclusion that you have diastasis recti.. Mommy pouch is common after delivery . You need to strengthen your abdominals and balance your core with back . In long term it can create back pain too

Hey there! Need not worry! Mommy pooch takes approximately 1 year to go away. If one has not consulted, one can speak to a nutritionist and get checked by a physiotherapist in person as well. In my opinion exercises would work.
