I have diastasis recti
I found out yesterday that I have diastasis recti I am 9 month postpartum mommy my stomach in loose and I am still look 2,3 month pregnant . I always have a flat stomach but now my lower stomach feel loose and big . I have 2 fingers diastasis recti Plz tell me is it cure able if yes then what to do to cure it
