Hello dear , get ur diactasis recti checked by a experienced gynec physiotherapist , start by doing simple tuck in and tuck out of belly exercises and later go forward with other exercises keeping your core engaged .
Health Tips
Avoid forward bending very frequently , 4-5 times a day is fine . U might need to wear some support as well , depending on the abdominal separation .
