I have diastasis recti. Even 4 years after delivery. What should I do? I feel it's worsening...whom should I consult. Is it too late to reverse the condition?

For daistasis recti, you need to work on transfers abdominus muscle. You need to learn how to do isometric contraction of that particular muscle. 10 to 15 reps twice to trice a day would work Hold that contraction for 7 to 10 seconds.

There is always hope. Keep continue strengthening exercises and if your body weight heavy then consult with dietician and all exercises should be done under supervision of qualified physiotherapist.
