Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello.. I'm a Mom of an2 year old. I have a normal delivery. I have diastasis recti condition of more than 4 fingers width. And some urinary incontinence. Recently I ahve been experiencing quite bad back aches. I want to get fitter and try reducing the gap and lose the pooch. I live in Horavu, Bangalore. Can anyone please advise a physiotherapist nearby who can help or any centres where I can go for regular therapy sessions.
