Trying for baby since 4 years tried 3 iui but failed, am having pcos promb , my amh level is 9 , tubes are also patent done sonosalphinogram, now doctor advised to do diagnostic Laproscopy with DnC , can I go head doing this will cause any problems?? Having pcos issue, kindly suggest pls

Diagnostic Laproscopy may be helpful in getting information about the few hidden pathologies some time not diagnosed by sonography , other than tubal patency

From history you seem to be a case of unexplained Infertility. A diagnostic laparoscopy will be useful to the extent that if you go for IVF then you will need heavy doses of hormones to sustain that pregnancy and if there is some disease process (like a small fibroid or endometriosis) which will flare up with heavy doses of hormones then it is better to tackle it before going for IVF.
I think you should go again with diagnostic laparoscopy. D&C may not give much information.
Laparoscopic Drilling of ovaries is an obsolete method now for treating PCOD, it might drain out all the eggs. D & C is done for abortion or abnormal bleeding. I don’t see any indication in your case.
