My dad has recently controlled his sugar after years of high sugar his hba1c was 8.4 but now 6 but he's feeling sleepy and sweaty at time his fasting sugar is only 76 and post meal sugar 103 taking 3 medicines in a day metformin before breakfast and dinner and dapagliflozin before lunch what to to do now?

Your father's HBA1C is normal , fasting glucose and PP level indicates near hypoglycemia.Dapagliflozin and metformin are very good medicines ,he needs dosage reduction

It is likely that the patients sugars are being over controlled hence the sweating and tiredness. A dose reduction in the medications might be needed. And serial sugar monitoring initially to adjust the dos to the requirement
