DHA Supplement
My doctor has prescribed prohance mom protein powder, iron and calcium tablet but no DHA. I am in my 21st week. Please suggest DHA supplement and also I am really late to start it now? Will this delay effect my baby's brain development? Please help me!

Madam, just remember that in India maximum number of babies are born per day (in the whole World). And at least 80% of the population can't afford  Mom Protein Powder. If they can have healthy babies then why not you ? Please have faith in the standard Indian Diet. It gives you everything that is meant for healthy growth of a baby. All these Proteins Powders are add ons. Your basic diet is supreme.
