Depression overthinking
I am getting a problem of overthinking. Due to which I couldn't talk with anyone in  that way that I want to, and with strangers or in group I even hardly can utter any word due to this overthinking. I also feel nervous, shyness & social anxiety in speaking to someone. Also if I have to talk with anyone whom I don't know whether girl or boy I couldn't, it makes me feel fear from inside. This things makes me very depressed and I feel like loneliness and also laziness to do any work. How to get rid of this please help me from this. If you have any medicine for this please suggest.

Hi practo-user, I suggest you involve yourself in some physical activity and breathing exercises, that will surely help you to direct your energy in right way. Your thoughts have power, utilise it in positive way. If you feel that thoughts are over powering you, change your place or go for a walk right then. This will help you to control thought. Still if it persist, don't hesitate to seek professional help. Meet a Psychologist. Regards.

Anxiety disorder, social anxiety, depression, over mental stress etc can be the cause of ur problems. These can be manageable through psychotherapy & counselling,specially Behaviour Therapy. Consult immediately psychologist or me  online or offline for better mental health management. If needed medicinal help also can be applied.Then u have to take psychiatric consultant or homoeopathy consultant.
Next Steps
remember few things- 1.Accept the reality. 2.Face the things which u most fear.Dont hide or flew away.Face ur fear. 3 We cant control few things in nature,let accet it.

It's social anxiety. It usually is due to low self esteem and self worth More than medicine psychotherapy will help you analyze your faulty thought patterns and triggers to help you modify and overcome it Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling All the best
