Depression
I'm taking meds feom 5 years but from last 2 years I have this symptom that when I try to learn something new, keeping in mind what are going to be it's benifits for me in the future, I start sweating and it becomes hard to learn. Eg. while studying when I think that I want to do something in my life by studying as much as possible and cracking entrance exam, I just feel like I can't do it, just after trying to study for 5 mins as sweating starts and again the cycle that how can this be reduced. I'm taking nexito, venlafaxine, petril. Help me. Psychologists are useless in this as I have tried many. They are trying to change my thought for future but I have this dream of getting good job etc. Can this thing ever go away, I feel like my depression has done this and I have to live with this. This is frustrating for me.
