I'm suffering grom depression from last 4-5 years. From last 2 years my condition is not getting better. I'm 80-90% better by Ayurvedic meds but allopathic meds like flutee,nexito, venlafaxine,clonaz, methylphenidate, Amisulpride were unavle to help me , now I'm only taking nexito and ayurvedic. What can I do to get out of ghis ill ess completely? I have symptoms like I don't like advise from Someon e and people ate givinge me advise all the time in what to do especially my family which makes me cry coz I'm unable to take my decisions with surity with anything. I always feel like if I wouldn't have this I must have been doing something great I took psychotherapy which is the shittiest thing on the planet. Is there anything that can be done to get myself back o mr do I need to live with this*changed me* for whole life😥😥

U need mental health management immediately. Consult psychologist or me online or offline as soon as possible. Mental disorders Best treated with medicine and mental health management. Both are necessary , only medicine is not sufficient. Change of view , change of behaviour , change of thinking pattern is necessary in such disorders , which only applied by psychotherapy.

U can change to mirtazapine 7.5 and increase the dose till 30 mg .u needn't worry as there are lot of medication for depression.u need therapy as well .I would also suggest you to get thyroid and hemoglobin levels done.
Next Steps
change to mirtazapine and increase the dose .
