Depressed mood
I am experiencing anxiety at the workplace and  depressed mood almost everyday for the last 3 months.It is happening again (in the past, i got the depressed mood problem in 2019, which continued and then suddenly i was stable for around 1 month (june 2022). From october 2022 onward, i got a job which is stressful and i am having the same depression issue, along with anxiety which is interfering with my work life and social relationships. I cry everyday, feel vulnerable, get triggered easily, irritability is there, negative thoughts about myself each day.  I'm losing hope, having issues with decision-making, and uncertainty evokes fear in me. I don't feel like speaking to anyone ,spending most of my time alone. Also left my medication prescribed for asthma which I was on for the last 10 years (levocet 5 mg) I want to know if i go for antidepressants and antianxiety medicine, what would be the average cost of the treatment, side effects and would medicines be habit forming?

Breath work. Not only does breathing help relax your physical body but it also centers you mentally and spiritually. It’s free and easy. Breathe in for 10 seconds, hold for 10 seconds. Then breathe out for 10 seconds, hold for 10 seconds. Repeat. I promise if you have anxiety and do this, you’ll feel the tension release. Stop trying to fight the feeling or escape it. This is one of the hardest things to do but is life changing. Allow yourself to sit with the feeling. This is extremely difficult at first, especially during a panic attack. But a panic attack will not actually kill you. If you know no matter how scary it is, you’re okay, and you see it through, it will only get easier each time. Eventually you won’t even fear anxiety. Be kind to yourself. Practice self care. Whatever that means to you. I can’t stress how important showing self love is. Positive affirmation and transmuting the anxiety driven thoughts. You can say whatever you want but what worked for me is “I am not my body. I am my soul and my soul is always content.” Or “ I transmute this feeling into unconditional love and send it through my violet flame to mother Gaia to transmute.” You don’t have to say either of these, just whatever works for you. Ground yourself. Get outside and take your shoes off. Sit or stand on the grass. Nature tends to have one of the greatest calming effects. I hope this brings you comfort and peace. Hello, You can start antidepressant medicine. Cost will be Around 1000 rupees per month. Side effects vary for different antidepressants, however there are no major side effects.
