You can use fluoridated tooth pastes for better oral hygiene and also Can shift to powerbrush in order to reduce tartar build up.Mouthwash is not advisable to be used on regular basic coz it might cause staining to your teeth.

Toothpaste can be any normal one. Do not use the toothpastes available for sensitivity unless u have sensitivity. Any plain white colour toothpaste with a proper brushing technique is helpful. Any Chlorhexidine mouthwash is good. Use the anti discoloration mouthwashes because plain Chlorhexidine may discolor tooth on regular use. Some anti discoloration mouthwashes are Clohex ADS, Hexidine EP etc
Health Tips
Do not use all those ayurvedic and herbal toothpastes because sometimes they contain abrasive agents which can harm ur tooth.
