Upper left 2nd molar needs to be removed as only root pieces remaining. Left upper and lower 1st molars need root canal treatment followed by cap. 1st tablet to be taken 2 times a day after food for 5 days 2nd to be taken 3 times a day after food for 5 days.

One tooth to be extracted and RCT for two teeth has to been done. As for now, take Tab Augmentin 625 mg , morning and night for 5 days. And Ketorol dt to be taken when you feel the pain  and it should be taken by dissolving in small amount of water, during this five days start with your treatments.
