Hello The remaining teeth are mostly damaged it is better you can go with complete extraction and replacing it with removable complete denture or implant supported complete denture

Looks like most of his teeth are damaged . You can go for implant supported dentures or complete dentures. The remaining teeth that are present won't last too long.
