NS1 ANTIGEN /Dengue IgM /Dengue PCR are more specific for acute infection
Also more important than the reports is what symptoms you are having so need to see other reports and complaints for better advice

Your NS1 test has not been done. That's the one which needs to be repeated. From your reports there is no need for a repeat test for Dengue.
