Dengue fever
My sister age is 33 years she is suffering from fever from past few days today we have tested for dengue and typhoid all reports were negative but platelets have came down to 50000 only so right now what treatment we have to take please advise us

According to symptoms most probably it is dengue which is not yet positive on tests,  but you should not wait for platelets to go any down further and promptly consult a general physician nearby to avoid further deterioration in health.
