Dengue fever
My daughter 9 yrs old suffering from dengue last two days.
Having high fever 104 .
Taking medicine paracetamol and mefnamic acid but fever doesn't come down.
As of now platelate count is 130000

If fever is soo high...
Please start up medications in form of injection so as to have better and effective results than oral medication
