Dengue and low platelets
My wife was admitted 3 days ago with platelets count 18000 and after plasma transfusion was done platelets increases 26000, next day then 36000 next day then 47000 next and today 87000 . No fever . No pain . Can I make the patient discharge.

This is just one factor you have mentioned. There are so many other factors which have to be considered before we discharge the patient. We don't want the patient to come back to the hospital within 24 hours of the discharge.
In this case your treating Physician is the best judge.
