Had PRotected sex on 7 th dec, my period cycle of last month was from 6th of starting of the month, but my periods are delayed what could be the possible reasons?

Your last period was on 6 November. You had sexual intimacy on 7 December. You were already overdue by one day on that date. Please get your urine pregnancy test done and consult a Gynaecologist.

Wait for couple of days Ultrasound scan and blood test to be done to know the reason.

Get a pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy if you don't get your periods by 1 week of overdue. If negative then hormonal imbalance, hypothyroidism,stress could be the reason of delayed menses

Upto  37 day cycle is considered normal So wait till 13th of this month if still you do not get your periods then besides pregnancy the reasons for the delay could be Weight gain and lack of exercise Polycystic ovarian syndrome Hormonal imbalance Deranged thyroid and prolactin levels
