DEIT for belly fat loss
My height is 5 feet 11 inch, my age is 24 , my weight is 80 kg . I am doing cardio exercise in gym for a month but there is no significant fat loss around my tummy. Please suggest me some deit plan to lose weight.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
