Dehydration
Does dehydration increase body temperature? My husband seems sometimes heat over the body and after urinating his temperature goes down he becomes cool he used dexamethasone for his inflammation . If he drinks lots of water he seems normal this is an everyday story to him. Please suggest!!

Check for Temperature by proper method (thermometer) . And corticosteroids (dexa) may cause increased metabolic rate (reason for body heat) with fluid retention. Use Oral rehydration regularly

Take plenty of fluids...atleast 12-15 glasses of water daily to be taken.
