Stomach Pain , Dehydration, Sour Throat
Doctor, I’ve been feeling really unwell. It started with a bad sore throat , it’s painful, dry, and it hurts a lot whenever I try to swallow. Along with that, I’ve been having stomach pain. It’s a constant ache, sometimes sharp, especially after I try to eat or drink anything. On top of that, I’ve been vomiting quite a bit. After eating or sometimes even just drinking water, I feel nauseous and end up throwing up. Because of all the vomiting, I’m barely able to keep anything down. I feel extremely weak, my mouth is very dry, and I’m not going to the bathroom much , I think I’m getting dehydrated. The stomach pain, sore throat, and vomiting seem to be making everything worse. I also feel very tired, and my body feels heavy. I’m worried because it’s been going on for a while now, and I don’t seem to be improving. Sometimes the pain gets so bad it’s hard to stand up straight. I haven’t had much of an appetite either. Can you please help me figure out what’s going on?

If you are throwing up, anything taken orally, you need injection of anti vomiting drug, otherwise tablets taken will also be vomited out, hence not effective. I.v. fluid administration is needed for dehydration. Consult a nearby physician physically.

For URTI (Upper Respiratory Tract Infection) relief, stay hydrated with warm liquids like tea, broth, and soup, and consume vitamin C-rich foods like citrus fruits and berries.
