Your reports show Vitamin D deficiency and borderline low Vitamin B12. These can cause fatigue, low energy and generalized weakness. This is a common and easily correctable condition
Next Steps
-Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks, then once monthly for 3 to 6 months -Vitamin B12 methylcobalamin 1500 mcg orally once daily for 2 to 3 months -If symptoms like tingling sensation or severe fatigue present, B12 injections can be considered weekly for 4 weeks then monthly -No further tests needed immediately
Health Tips
-Get sunlight exposure 15 to 20 minutes daily -Include dairy, eggs and non veg foods for B12 -Regular physical activity improves vitamin utilization contact me anytime on practo for further consultation

Based on your report Vitamin D is considered a deficiency and b12 looks boreline
Next Steps
Vitamin D3 and b12 oral supplementation can bring levels into the normal range. fish, egg yolks, and fortified foods like milk, orange juice, and cereals. Safe, brief sun exposure on skin can also help boost Vitamin D
Health Tips
i would recomend a follow up blood test in 3 months to ensure your levels are responding to the treatment
