There are no particular drug interactions with these drugs . Still be careful while using oxymetazoline . If used more than 5 days it can cause rhinitis medicamentosa as the drug itself can cause congestion after a while .

Restrain use of the spray to not more than 2 sprays per nostril *twice a day maximum for 2-3 days.
