I am facing sleep issues for several years. Earlier my doc said that it may be menopausal related, and gave me Tryptomer-5. It stopped working after sometime. I have tried Patanjali MedhaVati, breathing techniques, meditation, reading etc, but nothing has helped. Any CBT-I specialist who conducts online sessions? Any other suggestion?

Sleep issues are common around menopause and can be managed.Since previous treatments have stopped helping, a proper reassessment is important.

Menopausal insomnia can be quite stubborn and often needs a combined approach. Since Tryptomer stopped working, it may be time to revisit your medication with a doctor. CBT-I is indeed one of the best long-term solutions for chronic insomnia and is available online. Also maintaining a fixed sleep-wake schedule, avoiding screens an hour before bed, and keeping the room cool can help. Sometimes hormonal changes also need to be addressed alongside sleep treatment.
