Insomnia not able to sleep
I am not able to sleep at night properly for past 10 days i go to bed but for 2 to 3 hours even more i don't fall asleep.

Limit your distractions.. Have dinner 2 hours earlier than you sleeping time.. Do some excercise before sleeping.. Avoid sleeping in the day..!!
