How many hours should an adult sleep in a day? Are 6 hours enough?. Also, is consuming 5 litres of water good for health?

8 hrs u can sleep. water winter aprx 2- 2.5 ltr & summer up to 4 ltr or may be little more .Pl note - water & fluid should be restricted those who r having renal/ kidney disease or in case if dialysis.

For adult 8 hrs sleep is necessary. 5 ltrs of water is too much kidney gets overload
