It all depends on person to person and there metabolism.
Just make sure if u want that nutrients shud get absorbed adequately... Always try to include multiple food types like for eg in rotis try to use all type flour like wheat, jowar, ragi for better absorption of nutrient same goes with dal use variety of dals in your routine also incorporate different type green leafy vegetables.
As diversity of food will always help in better absorption of food
Depending upon your metabolism and activity digestion of food depend.
Fresh fruits and vegetables need less time to digest.
Processed , non veg and industrial foods take more time to digest about 3to 4hrs .again depends upon your metabolism.
Gud morning it varies from person to person depending upon age physical activity level whether sedentary moderately active or heavy work doing. Almost 2hrs for proper digestion of foods required.
