Daily food intake
Sir, I am on a strict diet and consume only a mixture of  gram , 10-almonds, resigns, green moong and 6-7cashews soaked in water in breakfast. In the noon I have chapatis and (Chutni) consisting of tomato , garlic , coriander leaves and green chilli. Every Tuesday I consume 1/2 litre of milk and 7-8 bananas. The thing that bothers me every now and then is that will this diet have any adverse effect on my health and wellness. Can there  be adverse effect of this diet on my health? How long can I continue to have this same diet without fear of any deficiency? I have successfully lost 3 kg of weight in a month. Please guide.

Hi Sir The diet you mentioned, is totally incomplete and not at all a good thing to do. This kind of plan is really gonna harm you, you will lose weight but that would be completely temporary, once you start eating you will start gaining. An incomplete nutrition can cause lot of harm because you need nutrients to do your basic work like maintaining bones, immunity, body temperature, ph levels, nutrition absorption, energy and much more. Diet means adding healthy practices to your daily routine and maintaining a calorie deficit to loose weight and maintain it throughout your life.
Next Steps
Losing weight should not be the only goal, you should always see how much inches you are losing, how are your clothes fitting, lose in fat percentage, how better are you feeling with your energy levels. Weight is just a number you should always look at overall picture. How better you will look once you start eating clean and in a proper manner.
