Hello
The amount if capsicum in diet should be in accordance with RDA. if u r drinking capsicum juice to reduce weight then keep on changing ur juice on weekly basis
Hi, Any vegetable should not be taken on daily basis. Excess of any nutrient in the body is bad. Capsicum has capsaicin which has heat effect on the body and also helps in weight loss. But not to be taken on daily basis. 50-70 grams of it is fine for consumption.
