Hi Since your Doctor must have told you that you are suffering with PCOS. Some of the reports your Doc must have asked from you such as Blood sugar test/Lipid profile/Androgen test etc. One the basis of these reports, symptoms, hormonal imbalance and physical examination your Doc must have declared about PCOS. If you can share these reports, providing diet therapy would be easier. As you said your current weight is 85 kg, as per your height your ideal body weight should be close to 60 kg, hence you are 25 kg overweight. For effective weight loss, your Dietitian may suggest for 1200 KC/day.
Next Steps
Talk to your Dietitian for customised nutritious diet for you. That would be helpful to loose weight- manage hormonal imbalance - increase energy - manage beauty issues - manage sleeping issues and helpful to deal with overall unpleasant symptoms of PCOS
Health Tips
You can go for 1200 KC Diet/day. Talk to your Dietitian.
