what u actually want to ask, ur questin is not very clear. u might be suffering from piles or fissure. both above reports can be normal in these disease .
kindly consult with below questions:
1. pain while passing stool
2. amount of blood loss
3. any mass protuding out from anus
4. burning sensatin while passing the stool
any wekaness and history of constipation
