Bright red spotting in stool.
Hi i observed bright red spots in my stool 6-7 days ago for 2 days also i have eaten watermelon at that time so i ignored. After that it stopped and again after 6 days i observed same spotting today .there is no constipation as well as no loose stool but today i was sitting such that there was some strain and it pained during bowel movement today littlebit. Also i do get loose stools sometimes whenever i eat junk.my diet is such that most of the time i eat outside junk food. There is no pain or frequent pooping when should i see doctor or is it urgent?
