I understand your concern. Based on your symptoms, this condition is commonly seen due to multiple reasons such as lifestyle factors, minor infections, or nutritional deficiencies. In most cases, it is not serious, but it is important to identify the exact cause. I would advise maintaining adequate hydration, proper diet, and avoiding self-medication. If symptoms persist or worsen, a basic clinical evaluation and relevant tests may be required. For accurate diagnosis and personalised treatment, you can opt for an online consultation.
