Based on your symptoms, this presentation is most commonly suggests a local anorectal cause, and it does not suggest a serious internal problem at this stage.
Bright red blood seen at the start of stool, especially when the stool is soft and not watery, usually indicates bleeding from the anal canal, most commonly due to a small anal fissure or early hemorrhoids (piles). These can occur even without hard stools and may be triggered by straining, prolonged sitting, stress, or local irritation. The absence of fever, vomiting, weakness, black stools, or loose motions is reassuring and makes infection, inflammatory bowel disease, or internal bleeding unlikely. The abdominal pain you describe may be due to bowel spasm or gas and is commonly associated with anorectal conditions.
Next Steps
At this point, conservative management is appropriate. This includes keeping stools soft and smooth, avoiding straining, adequate hydration, and local treatment if required. However, if bleeding continues beyond a few days, increases in amount, becomes mixed with stool, or is associated with worsening pain, weight loss, or anemia, a physical examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other causes.
Health Tips
Kindly visit a doctor personally if:-
Pain worsens
Bleeding continues to increase
Unable to pass stool and flatus for more than 1 day

You need to be examined including a rectal examination. Please ask your doctor.
If the reason for the bleeding is a pile/haemorrhoid then no additional tests are needed.
If there is no pile/haemaorrhoid- then following required
1. Blood tests- CBP, CRP, Clotting, Liver and Kidney Function test
2. Stool for microscopy culture and Faecal Calprotectin
3. Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
All the best.

Based on what you’ve described, the bright-red blood at the start of stool with soft stool most commonly suggests a lower-rectal cause like a fissure or hemorrhoids. But because you also have abdominal pain radiating since Monday, you should get evaluated once in person to rule out other causes.
For now:
• Increase water intake
• Take a high-fiber diet (salads, fruits, isabgol)
• Avoid straining during stools
• You can use a sitz bath (warm water) and a topical anesthetic/soothing ointment
But if you notice: increasing bleeding, severe abdominal pain, dizziness, or black/tarry stool → please get urgent medical care.
