Is cryptic pregnancy real? Can you really be pregnant but the standard pregnancy tests fail to detect it?
Last sexual Intercourse was 15 weeks ago
My cycles were always regular(28-30 days) lasting 3 days
But from past 15 weeks I have irregular cycles - 41 days(heavy bleeding with large clots and lasted only 1 & half day), 32 days(light bleeding lasted 2 & half days) , 27 days(light bleeding lasted 1 & half day)
UPT is negative
I have nausea, heartburn, fatigue, lower abdomen pain on right side, lower back pain, fluttering in stomach, can hear heartbeat when I lie down on my stomach, bigger breasts and tummy
I read case reports online where a women is unaware she is pregnant up until labour
My question is, is it really possible to miss pregnancy 15 weeks post sex? Quantitative blood test is negative/low due to hormonal imbalance, UPT is negative due to hook/variant hook effect or USG misses pregnancy because of uterus shape, fetal position, anterior placenta?

That is a very rarest of rare case.
Pregnancy will show up on bhcg blood test or ultrasound for most of the people.

No it is not
There is something that is called an ectopic pregnancy but that can be picked up by an ultrasound

See if you are pregnant ur serum beta HCG report and put will show us whether you are pregnant or not
Get CBP, thyroid profile,usg abdomen and pelvis
Due to hormonal imbalance or any pathology in uterus or ovaries also u might have this abnormal uterine bleeding
