About cryptic pregnancy

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had a medical abortion on 1 Nov 2017 and I bleed for 3 weeks and then after 5 days I start light bleeding for 1 month I did 3 pregnancy tests and USG they all were negative then I had my periods on 15 Feb 2018 to 20 Feb 2018 but I have no sexual intercourse till now but I m afraid I read about cryptic pregnancy please tell me is there cryptic pregnancy possible?
