Pregnancy test
Hello my last intercourse was on March 14 . And don't get periods after that . I consulted a gynac Who recommended that I go for an usg . I did USG on 28 th of July and reported the endometrium is thick 17 mm . I am really worried after that when I know the endometrium is thick in pregnancy so I tested for beta HCG and the report is 0.2 miu . Many video claims for cryptic pregnancy . Is this possible in my case to have a cryptic pregnancy . Is it possible to get negative beta HCG at 20 weeks after sexual activity and in the lower abdomen USG there is only thickned endometrium . Please reply

This appears more likely a case of missed menses. Cause can be attributed to anything like hormonal imbalances, pcos or stress. With a negative B HCG report and usg showing no gestational sac anywhere, pregnancy is less likely.
Next Steps
Consult a gynaecologist to prescribe you medicine for withdrawal bleeding
Health Tips
It is advisable to use contraception to prevent unplanned pregnancies

Its delayed period only as BetaHCG test and ultrasound scan is normal except  for thick endometrium.
