CRP level is 16
My husband got fever .So doctor suggested CBP and CRP tested.CBP reports are normal where as CRP level is 16. Doctor told it is normal . Is it fine?

CRP means some infection in body Repeat CBC after two days n if it's not ok then connect to get it managed

Crp can be elevated in fever It will come back to normal it’s not that high

CRP shows fight response to any insult to body be it a infection or inflammation. If he is still has fever then CBC may or may not be normal. Fever work up to be done in this scenario.. Hope it will help u
