CRP LEVEL IS 150
My daughter is 1.5yrs old n suffering from fever and v gone through blood test v got the results as CRP level is 150. N WBC is 17k N she is having UTI Issue also

Do urine culture. Requires admission if urinary tract infection is there. USG abdomen DMSA scan and all to be done if UTI

A high WBC count,along with high CRP indicates infection of moderate nature. If child is active physically and feeding normally,oral medication has to be given under medical supervision,but if dull and not eating at all,hospitalization is required.
