Creatine intake.
I have started going gym, and looking for bulding muscles and enhance strenght .. some one has suggested me to take isolate whey protein along with creatine coupled with nutrition rich diet with heavy workout at gym... I have weight of 61 kg and height 5'5" .. now I want to know, should I go for this as I have digestive problem.. To boost up digestive system, payaya, curd and other related stuffs has been added.. I can not eat to much as the other guys do.. right now in breakfast m taking papaya, banana and 3 eggs , lunch :- three roti and sabhji and sprouts and salad and curd dinner:- any protein rich dish with, with rice... Along with whey protein and creatine... Is this a right way to go..???

Whey isolate is fine but creatine is not required . You can add milk to breakfast. Otherwise your diet is more or less fine. Your weight for height is also OK. You may add about 10 pieces of Mixed Nuts. Don’t worry. Lesser weight is an advantage provided there is no disease. You might be thin constitutionally. As you grow older weight may rise which might be a problem later on. So do regular exercise & be fit

You should have take 4-5 smalls meals. Drink Enough water.. Take quality sleep 7hours. Take direct consultation so will able to modify diet plan.
